Interventional radiology is used to diagnose and treat a number of conditions that previously required surgery. Interventional procedures require very small or no incisions. You’ll experience less pain and recover more quickly than with traditional surgeries. These procedures are highly effective and can sometimes be done on an outpatient basis.
